The Media Team strives to produce work that matches with the client’s specifications. Formerly, The Media Team would often liaise with supervising teachers and various members of their clientele when covering an event.

 

However, it was found that there were often problems with communication between The Media Team and clients. For example, because there is currently no designated representative from each club to liaise with The Media Team, members have received varying information regarding coverage for the same event. Teacher supervisors are often engaged with the execution of the event, so Media Team interactions will instead be observed with specific student representatives. 

 

Consequently, The Media Team is introducing a liaison program to ensure efficient communication with the Media Team through communicating with a designated student representative – effective immediately.
